Student Directory

The Student Directory is an online listing of students attending CRMS and BRMS. Student inclusion in the directory is optional. Information is collected online using the secure system Membership Toolkit.

Since information is now readily available by logging into your account, we will not print and distribute the directories. You will, however, have the option to build your own lists within the portal and print as needed.


This upgrade:   

  • Provides a secure, up-to-date directory via the web and mobile app

  • Lets you find families by last name, student name, grade and school

  • Allows you to update your family data if anything changes 

  • Includes print features and will allow you to print the directory by grade and school, as well as create and print a list of favorites

Note: Returning families must verify their information EVERY year. Please note that although the directory vendor is called Membership Toolkit, PTSA does NOT use it for membership. Please click here to join PTSA.

All CRMS Families: 

Here's what you need to do to include your child(s) information:

  • Go to:

  • Click on the Register/Login button.

  • If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

  • Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

  • Review all information carefully and check any boxes necessary for inclusion/exclusion of information.
