Student Directory

After a lengthy discussion and in striving to keep information updated in a timely fashion, improve options for better communication with other families, and provide mobile and web directory access, BRMS and CRMS have elected to merge their accounts and have one combined online middle school directory. This is similar to what was done at the high school level a couple of years ago which has been very successful.

Since information will now be readily available by logging into your account, we will no longer be printing and distributing the directories. You will, however, have the option to build your own lists within the portal and print as needed.


This upgrade:   

  • Provides a secure, up-to-date directory via the web and mobile app

  • Let's you find families by last name, student name, grade and school

  • Allows you to update your family data if anything changes 

  • Includes print features and will allow you to print the directory by grade and school, as well as create and print a list of favorites

All CRMS Families: 

Here's what you need to do to include your child(s) information:

  • Go to:

  • Click on the Register/Login button.

  • If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

  • Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

  • Review all information carefully and check any boxes necessary for inclusion/exclusion of information.
